We’re one of few SA stores in the North Island with a full liquor license and a large range to go with it as well as a vast range of braai equipment, allowing you to experience a true taste of home wherever you are in NZ.
Our business started in Browns Bay nearly 20 years ago as one of the first South African shops in New Zealand at the time. Since then, we’ve grown from strength to strength, establishing our reputation among locals and expats as a truly authentic store with a unique, high-quality offering. We eventually sold our stores to focus on one anchor store, the Biltong Plus in Wellsford, which is now known and revered by many and operates in tandem with our thriving online store. The idea was to make South African products easily accessible to everyone in NZ, which is why we also deliver nationwide.
